 Safe Ground Therapy
      Online With Michelle Wilkie

Life can be challenging, and at times, overwhelming. Whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, grieving, or navigating a difficult life transition, you're not alone—and you don’t have to face it all on your own.

At Safe Ground Therapy, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can feel grounded and supported. I work with adults and young people (18+) from all walks of life to explore personal challenges, reconnect with their values, and build meaningful, sustainable change.

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I use evidence-based psychological strategies with a trauma-informed approach to support your mental health and wellbeing. My work is guided by respect, collaboration, and a deep belief in your existing strengths.

What is counselling?

Counselling should be a safe, confidential space

where you can talk about what’s going on in your life, without fear of judgment.

It’s a place to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and to work through challenges with

my support.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression,

grief, trauma, relationship issues, or feeling stuck, counselling can help you find clarity and direction.

I take a holistic approach—considering your life experiences, relationships, health, and environment

—and work alongside you to improve your wellbeing.
